In a side note , I just saw Doppler-Fizeau effect itself on the ultra-sound of my wife’s baby at 20 weeks. Red and blue flashes indicated the heart pumping blood away from and towards the instrument, respectively. It can even detect holes in the heart, where blood leaks between chambers, but ours had an clean bill of health. It’s a girl 🙂

The Ray Fleming video Boomie linked, dicussing the production of hydrogen as a byproduct of fusion is probably how the hydrogen car theory fits in; ( that I linked above in an earlier post about hydrogen cars) as he says its cheaper and plentiful. i.e from water H2O.

Our “science” should rival some concepts in early star trek, we should be about a thousand years more advanced. Why aren’t we? Funding and funding is strongly filtered through a political prism. We have two opposing factions on Earth.
The Humanity faction or those who uphold the “life equation” who wants humankind to expand indefinite through the stars, quality of life ever expanding and science ever expanding to compensate through medical and technological progress.
Then you have the faction that covets the “anti-life equation” (stole that from DC comics), they don’t want expansion beyond what they can control and they can’t control very much. They think technology and medical advancement should only belong to the elite, and that all humankind are not created equal, a slave race should always exist to be ruled by the elites. I decided to explore further and I used the Vaccine Adverse Effects Reporting System database to produce this graph.

What’s your thoughts on this. My opinion is he put his opinion into the observed data and assumed it means what he wanted it to mean.
There’s no question that changes in composition concentrations change the spectrum. There’s no question that heat transfers from the solar-heated surface to the cooler atmosphere. But these things are not the basis of climate science’s greenhouse effect and alarmism. These people have no idea what they’re doing. I note that the change plot shows equal positive and negative changes, and there is no real change noticeable in the Planck plot. They just present technical things and pretend that it supports the narrative, when it is nothing at all.
You could just as well, and should, use that gif to make the skeptical case!!! It demonstrates no NET change, although there are changes…

I’m actually looking forward to getting another shot at jury duty. I was almost on a murder trial once.
I was switched out at the very last round of selection. After I answered I was listening to a conservative talk show on the ride to court. The defendant was a black thug looking guy with a neck tattoo. With a black New Orleans lawyer. The trial didn’t last long and he was convicted guilty.
I found out later from a guy who did make it on the jury, who works at my local grocery,
50 year old low IQ white guy. I was at court all day going back and forth into the library and on the jury box.
I was actually really disappointed I wasn’t picked.
I am a fan of our judicial system. It’s the best there’s ever been. It’s not perfect, but I couldn’t come up with anything better.

The big ones like that explode in the air and disintegrate into small fragments…the light is created from high temperature friction and burning. You can tell the meteors by the speed and rapidity with which it’s all over…a second or two…whereas rocket debris moves relatively quite slow. Meteors come in at 11km/s or double that. Remember Chelyabinsk?

Charges 1st degree murder, Reckless Murder, Attempted murder.
All strong charges:
1) 1st degree murder= intentional murder.
2) Reckless murder = Recklessly act that was likely to cause murder.
3) Attemted murder = intentional attempt to murder.
My Explanation reading from my UK law experience, knowing that the US Judicial system is based on the English Legal System.
1) He intended to shoot him to protect himself. Intent to murder was there= defence = self defence
( the intention was there, but it was in self defence).
2) Reckless murder he intended to fire off bullets knowing he was likely to kill. defence self defence
( he was firing off to warn off attackers, in self defence, knowing it could result in death.
3) Attempted murder = he had intention to murder but failed to murder. Defence no intention so two test requirement not met.
Initial chase Rosenbaum caught up with Kyle and lunged for him and was shot 4 times. Hmm not enough evidence to assume Rosenbaum would have caused a serious death threat to Kyle Rittenhouse at that point. Violence yes .
Prosecution case is saying Rosenbaum lunged and was falling when Ritenouse shot him. ( therefore no threat) As opposed as Rittenhouse
shot Rosenbaum as he lunged in an agressive manner. Witness statements are the debate.

In the UK we dont have firearms so this type of violence goes on all the time and results in GBH.
Intentional GBH is as serious and carries the same sentence as murder. So he can invoke the defence of “self defence” as he reasonably believed his life was under threat ,as GBH is serious enough to result in death.
Intent can be implied, if the offence is likely to result in Grevious bodily harm.
The Actus rea ( the kick to the head) and the Mens Rea ( the intent) are clearly evident.
In so far as he was pointing his gun at the man on the car in yellow trousers, that cannot necessarily be deemed as threatening behaviour in defence of property as their is no Mens Rea ( Intent) to commit the Actus Rea,( fire the weapon) the two tests that need to be proven to prove an offence was commited in Criminal Law.
AS you say Boomie the law in Wisconsin is that you can use a firearm to protect your self but it is not ok to use a firearm to protect property. In Wisconsin however you can “open carry” legally.
Juries are chosen to be a representation of the public. Generally young men are not chosen in case of bias. A lot of times the prosecution will throw out the ones from those called up who they think will be prejudiced to their case. For example the guy who got discharged at day 3 of this trial for the joke about the police firing 7 bullets in another case.
Watch the black and white movie “12 Angry Men”. It’s a classic.
My summary is Kyle may go down, if the jury believe he had fired his gun when he could have just taken a beating. However that is British law were firearms are not permitted for delf defense so it may go another way.
My personal opinion is that because you allow weapons as part of your Constitution, that this is a predictable outcome in the series of events that Americans find themselves in baring in mind they are armed.
We will see on Monday when the defence and prosecuton give their final arguments. Then the judge will deliver his direction to the Jury for deliberation, and probably get a verdict on tuesday.
My personal wish is for Kyle to be found not guilty of murder. He will however probably lose his license and be punished for brandishing live fire arms underage and driving without license. I hope he learns a lesson. He should be punished for his transgressions.
To his victims, families and friend, all I can say I feel you are the recipients of a terrible series of events, and that rioting and threatening life and property will unduly resort to these sorts of events and disaters. Let’s learn a lesson.

One crucial part you are missing is both people Rittenhouse house actually killed were trying to take his weapon from him. That makes them a deadly threat. Same with cops, if you are trying to take a cop’s gun, they can use Lethal force.
I know for sure the guy who hit Rittenhouse actually had one of his hands on Rittenhouse’s gun and was pulling it, Rittenhouse shot him in the chest.
I don’t remember if Rosembaum actually got his hands on the gun, maybe, but he was definitely lunging for the gun. Which allows for deadly force. Also Rosenbaum told Kyle and others he was going to kill them.

It is highly questionable in these divisive times that a fair trial by jury can be obtained, and the judge needs to step in if he thinks the Prosecution and the context of the jury split is identified as contaminated by prejudicial evidence put to the jury in which case a mistrial should be put forward.
In light of the Prosecutions complete unethical deceit the mistrial should be conclusive and not a retrial.
