I’m actually having trouble finding the EXACT laws that show requirements of photons to increase temperature of another radiating body. Planck Radiation shows this E=hv (Energy of a photon equals Planck’s Constant and frequency of the radiation?) The Bose-Einstein Distribution follows that low energy bosons can stack without increasing temperature but what EXACTLY shows temperature increase is dependent on wavelength/frequency?
Even though it is a given where is it actually stated? Where am I missing this?

Trapped heat doesn’t contract if it contracts at night it is not trapping anything, hence no forcing. The hotter the surface gets the greater the Troposphere expands to compensate and the emissions to space increases by the fourth power of the absolute temperature of the radiating body to appropriate the Conservation of Energy Law, under that law the change in internal energy of a system is equal to the heat added to the system minus the work done by the system. Delta U=Q-W.
Again energy is already in the system, not new energy being put in the system. Photons being reflected are being emitted from a radiation source on the surface and some of those photons are returning by way of re-radiating or reflecting at the speed of light back to the surface from a line spectrum, Delta E =hf ( Change in energy equals Plank’s Constant 6.626×10^34 J s and the frequency of emitting and absorbing EM radiation.)
What that simply means is not enough energy to increase the temperature.
If you are bad at math it’s perfect (energy in and out doesn’t add up, you can’t make energy out of nothing and that is exactly what they are claiming the atmosphere is doing).

The funny thing is that the thermospheric cooling actually undermines what many denialists say when it comes to changes in solar output causing recent global warming. To see why, first note the climate patterns that are predicted to occur:
1) Global cooling from decreased solar output:
thermosphere cooling, cooling of troposphere + surface
2) Global warming from increased solar output:
thermosphere warming, warming of troposphere + surface
3) Global warming from increased greenhouse gases output:
thermosphere cooling, warming of troposphere + surface
It’s number 3 that’s occurring, as one would expect from human-caused climate change via increases in greenhouse gases, but not what one would expect from solar-induced global warming. The decreasing solar output is also contributing to thermospheric cooling, but the effect of increasing greenhouse gases contributed as well. And at the troposphere + surface, the warming effect of greenhouse gas increases overwhelmed the cooling effect of decreasing solar output. The middle atmosphere (stratosphere and mesosphere) cooled as well in response to greenhouse gas increases.

The governor of my home state really has done nothing to deter feelings of civil war, when he recently forced a facemask law onto the whole state. I refuse to go into any store, because stores are legally bound to consider shoppers trespassers, if they do not wear masks and do not leave the premises when asked. And the stores can be fined, if they do not enforce the law, and so they have a bit of motivation there to kick people out, in order to stay alive as a business. Holy shit, this is tyrrany!

I think Propertarianism proposes to do it by race(whites only). As I understand it though this stipulation is recognized as being very “unoptical”, and compromisable.
But if you really want to solve the problem that would be a wise suggestion.
Even high IQ non-whites are still ethnocentric.
But we should have reciprocity in law making it harder for that to bite us later.
So IQ test could be a good compromise if its transparent.
Although to be competent in politics you would probably already have a pretty good IQ.

This is a good faith extension of peaceful separation. Letting the BLM rep speak is “optically” appropriate, statically sound, to maintain moral authority if forceful separation is required.
