I think he is still trying his court cases. Also, the main play now is the dueling electors and nullifying the election. The election is going to be challenged in the house and senate. I know one senator vowed to, Rand Paul said it’s likely he will. This mandates a debate and vote on whether to accept election results or not. The way this vote works republicans have advantage. Either Mike Pence is going to count the Republican electors sent by the Republican legislators (unlikely), or he is going to throw out the electors from the contested states giving neither candidate 270.(edited)
If neither candidate gets 270 it’s a contingent election in which there is a re-vote where every state gets one vote, Republican advantage.
Then if this fails the last option is to enact the Insurrection act, Marshall law(limited), and have a re-vote in the battle grounds states overseen by the military.
Bejing Biden might be unacceptable to the military I’m hoping, but I don’t know what’s going to happen.
Also there are still moves in the state legislators to de-certify their election.
Mike Pence made a speech recently confirming for most he is standing by the president. He gets to decide if the electors count or not, is my understanding.
also, I heard there is an option to run out the clock, which would also lead to a contingent election where each state gets one vote. Apparently there is a 2 hour debate for EACH contested elector. Which I think is 6 or 7 states. So saying you have 8 hours of debate a day, jan 6-20 14 days, 14×8=112/2=56.
So that would only be enough time to debate over 56 electors.
So until Jan 6 it’s all about court cases, getting out evidence and testimony, and working with state legislators to now de-certify.
Maybe something could happen between now and then with some court case but I think it’s coming down to Jan 6-20.
There is also that wildcard about the server raids and that type of bombshell evidence being release somehow. If the Frankfurt server raid even really happened.

Complete nonsense but I have read so many forms that claim ghgs keep the atmosphere temps intact by claiming as I’ve mentioned before, the ghgs are why we have water vapor in the atmosphere.
Other than the obvious translational methods of thermal energy as water vapor is one primary method of moving massive thermal energy globally, it sounds like they are once again omitting the real power of sunshine that created the process.
The reason why we have a hydrosphere is because water vapor is held to the planet which is escape velocity, molar mass of the atmosphere, gravity and our magnetosphere.

I agree the link represents complete nonsense. Andrew Lacis has been peddling this idea for decades. I challenged him years ago but he didn’t respond. So let’s try a little logic on his statement:

So, 25% of their so-called GE is 8.25℃ (33/4) as they frequently tell us the GE is 33℃.
Therefore, before 1850, nghgs represented 8℃ (32/4) because 32℃ was the pre-industrial GE.
Therefore, a 46% increase in CO2 (other nghgs increase is similar or irrelevant), from 280 ppmbv to 410 ppmbv, in the last 170 years has led to a mere 0.3% increase in the warmist GE (even if you accept the basic idea of the GE in the first place)!
So a massive increase in nghgs has made a tiny difference in their (perceived but unproven) GE.
What this means is that CO2 and other nghgs cannot possibly represent 25% of the GE. The basic (assumptive) premise of his argument is flawed. His use of large whole numbers of increases due to CO2 is just a WAG.

What they do with vaccines is they attenuate a “harmless” virus in our case Adenovirus” and it causes the body to produce antibodies to it. As the virus is attenuated it cannot reproduce, so cannot apparently cause the disease of the activated version by multiplying.
That’s the part that bothers me, as if a virus if switched off, and “live” then it may get switched back on. Secondly the fact you are injecting a deactivated yet “live” virus into a body may produce symptoms similar to the strain used as the carrier and may explain why some people have had reactions to the vaccine as publicised.

Data that represents a ROUND EARTH not a Flat Earth
I have just made up a chart in excel based on The ideal Gas Law and using HOURLY DATA that represents a (ROUND EARTH. Not a FLAT EARTH). The data obtained is temperature, pressure and CO2 data from the Mauna Loa site via the NOAA ESRL website.
The result being as expected that CO2 molecule density per cubic meter is inversely correlated to temperature. The logical argument is-
How can the density of CO2 be used as the reason for global warming when we can see clearly that increased temperatures are inverse to CO2 density per cubic meter.
It appears that the thinner the blanket the higher the temperature.
So what is the argument that they could use to play down the chart below. Is my chart / argument even relevant?
From the Ideal gas Law we can obtain the CO2 molecules per cubic meter by;

The molar mass of CO2 is 12.01 g/mol + 2 * 16 g/mol = 44.01 g/mol
At S.T.P, one mol of CO2 occupies 22.4 L = 22400 cm3
The density of CO2 at S.T.P is = 44.01 g / 22400 cm3 = 0.001965 g/cm3
Or 1.965 kg/m3
So, for Earth 100% CO2
T = 101.3 / (8.314 x 1.965 / 44) = 272.9 K (result in absolute temperature)
272.9 K – 273.2 = -0.3 °C (conversion to Celsius)
More CO2=more cooling

I am preparing to discuss with others that how can CO2 be a positive forcing when we see that CO2 molecules per cubic meter diminishes during the day as temperature increases (as expected). Also when temperature decreases at night CO2 parts per cubic meter increase.
Applying my background from the electrical industry all i can think of is that CO2 if indeed it can warm in any manner at all it must be done through a Proportional, Integral Derivative. That is the terminology i relate to. I dont have that nailed but i have a fair understanding of it.
OK back to topic. What is the arguments that they can use to explain how ghg’s warm the atmosphere while the amount of GHG’s are actually DECREASING.
Is it because people are forgetting that we do live in a real world that is round?

Moles per cubic meter was easy to work out. Ideal Gas Law.
Amount of molecules per mole is a given via Avagadros law.
So calculating the CO2 content per cubic meter come down to simple arithmetic.
Moles per M3 * Avogadros number * CO2 ppm / 1,000,000
The real thing to remember is the lower atmosphere is directly heated from the surface, it has a temperature because it was first heated, so it can’t “heat” the surface.
Water vapor on the other hand, transfers surface energy to the atmosphere, a very different process than the acclaimed ghge, which in turn cools that thermal heat (lapse rate), and returns that energy via precipitation now as a coolant back to the surface.
Have you read any of Joe’s earlier work on this, it is informative.

However my thought processes are about getting an argument right with regards to why is the control knob of climate CO2 not controlling the temperature. My chart earlier clearly shows that CO2 is NOT in control. It is reacting to other force it is not DRIVING the changes in the manner a positive forcing would be expected to.
Their science claims that the the SUN cannot melt ice and that is why we need CO2 (greenhouse gases) to be the control knob. The CO2 climate control agent is reacting to other forces. It is not in control.
Using the ideal gas law and data from averages aka flat earth we cannot invalidate their CO2 control knob claims.
But a round Earth complete with hourly data and the Ideal Gas Law makes a mockery of their claim that CO2 is in control of our climate
.Just need help getting the words right. Unless of course I am totally wrong.

The average surface tropical zone: 24C
Greenland: -29C
The Middle Troposphere:
Temperate Tropical Zone: -7.67
Northern Zone: -34C
Southern Zone: -31C
So averaging the mid troposphere as well as I can with geometrical variations included, the average came out to -19.3 Celsius, the current effective black body which is -19C.
