Is there any philosophical advantage to making existence out of mathematics? Does it get you anything advantageous to explaining the world around us? What about the question itself: What is existence made out of? Is this useful to ask? Can it be answered? And who would value to answer it, and in what way would they want it answered?

It is difficult to argue with people who claim to understand thermodynamics then state that energy is “trapped’ in the troposphere. Frustrating to say the least.

If Earth and Venus were the identical distance from the Sun, had the same 92 atmosphere and exact atmospheric content, how much cooler would Earth be than Venus?
In other words, how much of a factor does planetary rotation and axial tilt play into the temperature variation of a terrestrial planet. Philip has certainly demonstrated that it does.
