Illuminism, Meritocracy, and Propertarianism

I received a question about Illuminism, Meritocracy and Propertarianism, and I have been planning to write about this anyway:

Don’t you think the Meritocracy advocated in the books is quite different from the Propertarianism you are currently fashioning? Have you changed your mind?

While there are many themes that the books tackle, there are a select few meta-themes which stand out as core to the Illuminist theory. One of the most major meta-themes is that this world, and our most-cherished systems of thought, and the way we go about things, etc., is and are entirely full of shit. Do you Dear Reader understand that this world is so entirely full of shit that modern science is now teaching flat Earth theory via the fake greenhouse effect of climate alarm as the most important science that it has ever produced for political action? Do you realize how insane that is? Do you know that modern scientists believe that if you cover a nuclear bomb with a cardboard box that you have thus protected yourself from its explosion as long as you don’t lift the lid and take a look? Do you know that billions of people think that it is OK to kill a person for merely saying something that offends them but because it relates to some insane sado-masochistic sky-God?

The stupid people are of course stupid…but our smart people are also quite stupid and in really a much worse and paradoxical way.

And what’s the underlying problem behind all of this stupidity, behind all of the things which Illuminism tackles in its books?

It really comes down to one thing only: the freedom to lie.

One of the things which I used to write about a lot back in the old “online Illuminism” days is the problem of objectively identifying merit that one may then have a meritocracy in the first place. Some people find merit in believing in insane fairy tales and killing other people who won’t believe them. Some people find merit in reorganizing society and all productivity into fighting the weather! The entire problem of our full-of-shit world is that our definitions of what has merit are absurd.

The answer of course was that, following Nietzsche and Lyndon LaRouche, merit is that which increases our power and i.e. our ability to exist, and can be quantified as our utilization of energy per capita per square kilometer i.e. our engineering capacity in terms of energy flux density, which is basically our ability to control high temperatures. Merit is that which increases our power. Fighting the weather does not increase our power but squanders it, and worshiping insane fairy-tales does not increase our potential power but wastes it, etc.

The entire problem has been that stupid people are in control and/or wield far too much control over society, and the smart people have had no recourse and have always been forced to live at the level of the stupid people. It’s a matter of course of being far outnumbered. The major point identified in the Illuminism books is that the smart people have never had the opportunity to do much to improve society, and smart people doing so has actually typically been the most dangerous thing for them to do of all!

Now of course there are smart psychopaths, smart swindlers, smart liars, smart manipulators, etc. This isn’t the type of smart person I’m referring to. Smart degenerates love being surrounded by stupidity because it simply provides them so much more opportunity.

The type of smart people I’m referring to, the ones who can radically improve and contribute to society, are the smart people who value truth.

What defines merit, in terms other than energy flux density and power? It is truth. Smart degenerates may of course find value and power in lies, in convincing society to fight the weather, or that they’re the representative of “God”, etc.

What we want are smart people who value truth to be able to have a much greater and preferably entirely dominating effect upon society. And so how do you do that?

Since truth and especially new truths almost always resides with the minority, and even with the sole individual, then the individual must be given legal recourse to punish those who lie if they can prove and demonstrate the lie.

That is what Propertarianism provides.

Propertarianism provides the legal framework that an individual is incentivized to force truth upon society because any individual can sue for monetary gain those who publicly lie. For example, if such a thing were possible I could sue the academic-political complex right now for billions and billions of dollars given that it has demanded trillions to be spent on fighting the weather due to their lie of flat Earth theory climate alarmism. I would win this in court because I can prove their lie with their very own documents and math, etc.

To prevent anyone from suing for no reason at all, the balance is that the person initiating the proceedings must be sure that they’re right, because if their case fails then they must pay the court costs for the other party. And so you wouldn’t have millions of frivolous law suits because it would cost people money in doing so. This really is a brilliant solution. And the whole general idea here is an Illuminist dream of providing an opportunity and mechanism for smart people to have major effects and influence upon society.

Propertarianism holds that truth is determinable (just as Illuminism does), and it holds that a judiciary of Law is capable of correctly deciding upon truth when there is an apparent conflict of truth. Propertarianism identifies that it is this very aspect of Western Civilization, that is, holding absolute truth as valuable and that it is decidable through the Judiciary and through (proper) science, etc., is one of the core fundamental aspects of Western Civilization that has made it so much more productive, wealthy, fulfilling, and strong in the history of the world and civilization.

While the Illuminist books advocated for Meritocracy and explained what it is and why we should have it, they never suggested how to go about actually implementing or creating a Meritocracy. And of course those books defined Meritocracy in the rational way, where well-meaning smart people could have a much greater influence over society as compared to the utter stupidity we’ve suffered under heretofore. If we make stupid and otherwise confused people monetarily responsible for the bullshit that they spew, then smart people can immediately begin correcting the moronic absurdities of our civilization.

All rational people understand that the purpose of free speech was to protect the nearly-voiceless minority in speaking truth and debunking lies. Free speech for intelligent, rational, healthy people, is not about the freedom to lie and to subvert, but the freedom to spread truth and to debunk widely-held lies. To protect the intelligent minority from the stupid majority. And so this new Propertarian system has nothing to do with stifling free speech, but in fact finalizes the power of free speech as a system of Law.

Many people seem to think that a perfect Meritocracy can simply be implemented overnight by force. That would never work, and is idiotic – as idiotic as the Jacobin’s during the French Revolution who thought that Meritocracy would somehow magically spring forth by chopping people’s heads off and drowning children. What a bunch of degenerate crooks if there ever was such a group! Mere bloodthirsty retards of non-existent agency. How’s your jaw Robespierre? What’s that? I can’t make out what you’re saying…your tongue is waging about too much! lol

Well, what the heck am I talking about…these changes will not likely come about without the use of force, or at least until after a profound physical conflagration has left the West so reduced that the people would finally ask for a more rational system for society. This is why Propertarians typically advocate for a peaceful separation between peoples who wish to live under a more rational system and those who prefer differently. It would be nice if we could just agree to do our own thing…but I am afraid that the irrationalists would never allow this because of their belief that all people must fight the weather, or believe in their god, etc. It’s this part of forming a meritocracy which still needs to be worked out.

Propertarianism is a major step in entirely the right direction in providing a framework for truth, and for smart people who can detect and demonstrate the truth, to have an incredibly greater impact upon society than civilization has ever known. This is everything that the Illuminist books had asked for, and goes directly to the Meritocracy that those books demanded.

  1. Here’s the rub: What if stupid judges oversee the courts? [clear throat -9th circuit]

Look at the stupidity being allowed to enter the US court system these days — child lawsuits against fossil-fuel companies, Ahnuld Knuckle-Head Schwarzenegger’s lawsuit against fossil-fuel companies for murder, and let’s not forget collusion between district attorneys and activists in bringing such lawsuits.

The disease has spread to the governmental tools that could treat it, as I seem to be seeing it.

  2. I forgot to mention that I happen to be a fan of Arnold’s classic movies. I’m just NOT a fan, by any stretch, of his idio-politics.

It’s as if we’ve allowed a sanity terminator to enter politics. Do NOT follow him, if you want to live.

  4. I see your point even better now, and realized my comments were incorrect. I’ll look deeper into Propertarianism as a feasible approach from now on. Appreciate it

  5. Herb Rose says:

    Hi Joseph,
The problem is that is if the smart people know the truth then the truth never changes and we would still believe in a flat Earth and the Earth being the center of the universe because all the educated smart people knew this was the truth. The reality is that everyone is ignorant and gaining more information doesn’t change that just as education can’t fix stupid.
    Have a good day,
    Herb.

  6. Carbon Bigfoot says:

Where was SCOTUS’ truth in Massachusetts v. EPA resulting in the Endangerment Finding?

  7. Christopher Marshall says:

Don’t forget that the US Democratic Party just did a standing ovation for a law that allows the murder of new born babies. That is how vile politics has become. State health care is government sanctioned death panels for the sick, crippled and the elderly it’s a step away from Nazis and these subhumans love it they are disgusting pieces of filth.

  8. Christopher Marshall says:

For what part? It was revealed in Obama’s term that state healthcare would become death panels. A federal judge blocked one such attempt to allow a child to die. The Senate Democrats blocked the “Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act” that would have required health care professionals to protect the life of babies that survive an abortion attempt. Look it up the Act plenty of links. That is a deceitful way of saying they will allow doctors to kill new born babies. As far as death panels look up “The Independent Payment Advisory Board” yeah it’s not a board it’s a death panel (was it doesn’t exit now).

  9. Christopher Marshall says:

The EPA were Obama’s brown shirts. They were allowed to make up and pass judgement on anyone without a court hearing. The stories about the EPA under Obama are so horrid it’s like nightmare tales. Or Obama’s DOJ raiding with guns Gibson Guitars twice. Really, with guns raiding a guitar store because they supported republicans. No rghe is the socialists last play for global control if they lose this they might become truly dangerous. Obama also lost an attempt at renew an old treaty to put in new laws: “Countries would be legally required to enact domestic climate change policies — but would voluntarily pledge to specific levels of emissions cuts and to channel money to poor countries to help them adapt to climate change. Countries might then be legally obligated to report their progress,” Officials feared, “officials fear that any agreement made outside the structure of a traditional United Nations treaty will not bind rich countries to spend billions of dollars to help developing nations deal with the forces of climate change.” Or just call it global socialism. Obama also tried a new treaty which also failed that would have surrendered the US sovereignty.

No, the global warming scam is the last big attempt at global socialism unless a democrat gets into office again. If that happens the U.S. is screwed.

This is the only link I could find on it now if you want to delve more into it.

  10. And now we know that that money going to “poor” countries was actually a massive system of corruption to clandestinely fund the deep state and otherwise extremely evil people involving such activities as human trafficking and child trafficking, etc.

  11. Christopher Marshall says:

Joseph I’m really sorry but this dude on YouTube is trashing you big time and it’s only fair you should be able to defend yourself if you want to. He is a nut job and he’s really creepy like stalker creepy.

I hate putting links here because it shows the YouTube channel. The comment string is Dolby109 it has over 300 comments Zoe Phin and I have been taking turns on this string (she is a hell of a lot smarter than I am) but then KC trashing you big time from where I don’t know.

  12. Christopher Marshall says:

I think he thinks I’m you. Like I’m anywhere near your IQ ha that’s a joke.

  13. Joseph E Postma says:

Note that they are not using language which carries any actual meaning. That demonstrates just how deranged, brainwashed, confused, and unconscious the liberal mind now is. Just looking at the title and most-common phrases in the comment:

“Climate denial” – no one denies the existence of the climate
“Climate change denial” – no one denies climate change
“Will he make a panel for flat Earthers” – the climate alarmist alternative concept of a “greenhouse effect” is specifically and solely created from flat Earth

    What a joke. Freaks.

  14. Joseph E Postma says:

    Nailed it…

Zoe: “Liberalism is a mental disorder and you are its chief victim.

    Your “research” paradigm is:
    1) Big Oil executives make money, THEREFORE,
    2) AGW MUST be true, THEREFORE,
    3) You must defend AGW at all cost, THEREFORE,
    4) All critics of AGW are wrong, and they must be funded by oil executives.

    My research paradigm is:
    1) What does co2 actually do?
    2) If it doesn’t do what AGW proponents claim it does then they are idiots or frauds.
    3) I don’t give a damn about oil executives. But I could understand their need to defend themselves from people claiming co2 does what it doesn’t actually do.

My research is scientific, while yours is based on rationalizing BS based on your moralistic assumptions and industrial conspiracy theories. Oil executives bad, therefore AGW must be true. I see you ignored what I said about heat capacity. Simple high school chemistry debunks Manabe and the entire AGW cult. That’s why you avoided addressing it.”

  15. Joseph E Postma says:

    Oh wow!

Zoe: “Let me remind you what your cult believes:

Your cult believes that GHGs provide the surface with twice as much energy as the sun (333 vs. 161). The sun-warmed surface shines on the GHGs and gets twice the energy back. This is what your cult believes. Is there any experiment to verify this? Can you emit X energy on GHGs and get 2X back? All thermal energy can be converted to electricity via thermocoupling. We’ve known this for over 140 years. GREEDY oil executives WOULD LOVE to generate MORE energy utilizing their abundant co2. But they can’t, because your “science” is a fraud. If co2 did what climate alarmists claim it does, then oil companies wouldn’t be dumping co2. They dump it because it has no serious thermal quality. Think about it, dumbass! Oh, right, you can’t think. You’re not that type of creature.”

  16. Joseph E Postma says:

    This Zoe Phin is brilliant…

  17. Christopher Marshall says:

Zoe is brilliant whoever she is and way smarter than I.

  18. Christopher Marshall says:

LOL that was a jinx. Zoe majored in economics but excelled in physics she visits PSI often that much I know. Maybe you two should chat.

  19. Joseph E Postma says:

Look at how those sick freaks took the title of my book to pretend to mean I am a flat Earther. I titled my book that way on purpose, to prove just how dishonest and willing to lie these freaks are. My book is only available on Amazon, and the book description immediately makes it clear that I am not a flat Earther.

  20. Christopher Marshall says:

That KC guy is not normal. No one has that kind of info “on hand” to info dump that fast. He must have a program or bots or something. The fact that he brought all this up about you in a flash is creepy weird and he smeared Zoe in a heartbeat. The only reason why I got in on the conversation is because she asked me for help. So I did and then they accused me of being you! They really think an astrophysicists is that dumb? Let’s face it compared to you I am dumb how could anyone think that was an actual physicists for God’s sake.

  21. Joseph E Postma says:

“No one has that kind of info “on hand” to info dump that fast.”

THAT shows WHO is actually funded and directed to spend their time online doing damage control and to put out damage as needed. Then they of course project and accuse others of what they themselves are doing.

    Sick, sick freaks.

  22. Christopher Marshall says:

I do think that Richard guy thinks he’s a physicist. He may have had a few courses in physics but he is no physicist. Zoe on the other hand could be a physicists is she decided to pursue that goal further.

  23. Joseph E Postma says:

    My comment:
Zoe won the argument with these:
“Your “research” paradigm is: 1) Big Oil executives make money, THEREFORE, 2) AGW MUST be true, THEREFORE, 3) You must defend AGW at all cost, THEREFORE, 4) All critics of AGW are wrong, and they must be funded by oil executives. Think about it, dumbass! Oh, right, you can’t think. You’re not that type of creature.” You couldn’t make a single scientific argument. Not one. You are low life scum of the lowest order.” Nice how they blatantly LIE and call me a flat Earther, when my book description on Amazon immediately explains: “This book is nothing to do with supporting the ridiculous flat Earth meme which can be found around internet discussion forums these days. That part of the subtitle indicates that the flat Earth meme has actually been clandestinely if not accidentally inserted into modern physics to the extent that flat Earth theory is actually literally taught to science students by science professors in professional academic universities and their science departments.” I titled the book that way on purpose, because I knew that the known-liars (i.e. climate alarmists) would lie about what the title meant, and are either too stupid or otherwise dis-invested in finding out what it actually meant. Haha stupid lying freaks. ALL that these freaks have is ad-hom. That’s all that they have, and it is all they have ever had. And, THEY ARE FLAT EARTHER’S! HAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAH https://climateofsophistry.com/2019/01/14/flat-earth-in-modern-physics/ All of you climate alarmist pseudo-scientific fraud nutjobs are flat Earther’s, and we all laugh about it so much!! It’s so much fun hanging out with other rationalists like us while we laugh at the climate alarmists for being flat Earthers! LOLOL! I mean it is a sad kind of laugh, but still, it is funny how stupid you are and pointing it out. I think an important take away from this thread is just how psychotically invested the liars are in maintaining their flat Earth climate alarm greenhouse fraud. There is something about this fraud which they seem to be extremely, incredibly dependent upon, that it makes them utterly insane and psychotic when it is plainly demonstrated as the most obvious of pseudoscience. It is almost as if their life depends upon it…not in terms of fear of climate alarm because as demonstrated we know that they lie on purpose and they know it is a fraud…but their life seems to depend upon it in some other probably sick and parasitical way. Guess what freaks? You’re flat Earther’s, and your pseudoscience will be laughed at the world-over for the rest of history.

  24. Christopher Marshall says:

I gave you a thumbs up. Nice job!

  25. Christopher Marshall says:

Yeah he is working for the shills all right that’s a database.

  26. Christopher Marshall says:

What did you think of Richard? He’s a case isn’t he? Reminds me of Spencer for some reason.

  27. They’re all degenerate freaks entirely exposed as liars by Zoe. They’re gross.

  28. Christopher Marshall says:

Another gem from the IPCC hacked emails.

“…The bottom line is that the facts show that the greenhouse gas effect is a fairy-tale and that Man-made global warming is the World larges Scam!!!The IPCC and Al Gore should be charged
under the US Anti-racketeering act and when convicted – they should spend the rest of their lives in jail for the Crimes they have committed against Humanity.”

“The only thing more dangerous than ignorance is arrogance.”
    —Albert Einstein

  29. What a completely idiotic video — I just watched snippets of it.

Do the climate-change warriors realize that carbon is the fourth most abundant element of the known universe, comprising 5,000 parts per million of all known matter in the cosmos? In other words, 0.5% of the known universe is carbon.

Do climate-change warriors realize that oxygen is the third most abundant element of the known universe? Thus, CO2 is a combination of the top components that make up the whole universe. If you are religious and believe in a Supreme Being, then you would realize that God created the heavens and the Earth, using carbon as one of His major building blocks. He combined carbon with oxygen to help bring forth all the plants of His creation — CO2.

I am not a religious person and certainly not a Christian, but has anyone ever pointed out this realization to those people who might be religious who are also up in arms about carbon dioxide?

From this point of view, CO2 is a very sacred molecule, and to call it “pollution” and to denigrate it, when it is the fundamental basis of all life as we know it and the fundamental basis of much of God’s creation, is to insult the Supreme Being.

Again, I’m not religious or a Bible-quoting person, but, hey, this could be a very powerful point of view to use to properly enlighten a large portion of the world about CO2 and its place in life and the cosmos.

  30. Here’s what the idiots are not getting about the “flat Earth” vision that they unknowingly support:

They draw pictures that represent a spherical Earth, but their climate mathematics does not correspond to a spherical Earth. It’s like me showing you a picture of a circle of radius “r”, and then insisting that the area is “r2”.

They are fooling themselves that their math corresponds to their picture.

  31. Christopher Marshall says:

RK Good point. Just made me think doesn’t it say God created man from the dust of the Earth? Isn’t that carbon?

  32. Christopher Marshall says:

“Fooling themselves” sums up the entire global warming argument, doesn’t it? Or choosing to be the fool.
